Alpaslan Municipal Museum in Tasova District was first established with archeological and ethnographic works collected from the region in 1964. A bath from Ottoman period was organized as a museum in 1991 and started to serve as the Alpaslan Municipal Museum in 1994. In addition to the display of the local village room, works from prehistoric period and objects reflecting Seljuk and Ottoman woodworking are exhibited together.
The municipal museum keeps archaeological and ethnographic works and coins belonging to Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk, Ottoman Periods collected from the region. There is also an original wooden sarcophagus from the Seljuk Period, which was dated to the13th century and brought from the ruins in the north of the town, turbeh door, its original deed of foundation and pedigree.
